What is the online return policy?

If an item you purchased at Zenshop doesn't make you happy by the way it performs, looks, or fits, we'll take it back within 60 days of purchase. It's our promise to you! This policy does include all items on Zenshop.com, clearance items, and items that have been lightly worn. If you would like to return your order please click here, and follow the steps.

Note, due to the dramatically increased volume of requests and inquiries, we will do our best to process your return request within five to seven business days but the delay could be longer.  We're very sorry for the inconvenience!
